Return of products to ExpoImaging requires prior approval by e-mail to email@example.com.
Within 30 days of receipt you may return most items purchased in our store for a full product refund. Please note S&H is non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours.
If the item you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery, are not in their original condition and packaging, or are missing parts.
Packing and Sending Your Return:
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Your order number MUST be included with the return to get your refund.

We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund processed.
Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 5 business days of receiving and approving your return. After processing your refund, you will receive a confirmation email with a refund receipt.
We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged.
All ExpoImaging products come with a limited warranty to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. If the product proves defective within the warranty period, then it be will replaced. Click here to see the details.
No Purchases by Minors
By ordering a product online from the ExpoImaging internet store, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
You shall be responsible for the payment of all sales, use and other similar taxes relating to any online purchase of product from the ExpoImaging internet store.
Shipping and Handling
You shall also be responsible for the payment of all postage and handling charges relating to the purchase of products online.
